2) Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery (unless a different timeframe is stated on the product page).
To be eligible, items must be:
- Unused, unworn, and in original condition
- In original packaging (if applicable)
- With tags/accessories included (if applicable)
3) Non-Returnable Items (Common Examples)
Unless required by law, we typically do not accept returns for:
- Final sale/clearance items (if marked as such)
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Items that are used, damaged due to misuse, or missing parts not caused by us

4) How to Start a Return
Email us at support@astrohuge.store with:
- Order number
- Item(s) you want to return
- Reason for return (optional but helpful)
If approved, we will provide return instructions. Do not send items back without authorization, as they may not be accepted.
5) Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If your item arrives damaged/defective or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order number
- Photos of the item and packaging
We will arrange a replacement, refund, or other resolution depending on the situation.
6) Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective item), we may cover return shipping where applicable.
- For other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
7) Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing can take 5–10 business days depending on your bank/payment provider
Original shipping fees (if any) are typically non-refundable, unless required by law or the return is due to our error.
8) Exchanges
If you want an exchange, contact us. Depending on availability, we may:
- Exchange the item, or
- Recommend returning for a refund and placing a new order
9) Order Cancellations
