2) Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery (unless a different timeframe is stated on the product page).

To be eligible, items must be:

• Unused, unworn, and in original condition
• In original packaging (if applicable)
• With tags/accessories included (if applicable)

Unless required by law, we typically do not accept returns for:

• Items that are used, damaged due to misuse, or missing parts not caused by us

If your item arrives damaged/defective or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Photos of the item and packaging

We will arrange a replacement, refund, or other resolution depending on the situation.

6) Return Shipping Costs

• If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective item), we may cover return shipping where applicable.
• For other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

7) Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Processing can take 5–10 business days depending on your bank/payment provider
